Tour Plan
You will be picked up from Entebbe or Kampala after breakfast and begin the scenic drive westward toward Kibale Forest National Park. The journey takes you through lush countryside, tea plantations, and crater lakes. Upon arrival near the park, you will relax and prepare for the chimpanzee trekking adventure the following day.

After an early breakfast, you will head into Kibale Forest for your chimpanzee trekking experience. Led by an expert ranger, you will follow trails through dense jungle, listening for the calls and movements of chimpanzees. Once found, you will spend an hour observing them as they feed, groom, and interact in their natural environment. Kibale also offers chances to spot other primates such as red colobus monkeys and grey-cheeked mangabeys. In the afternoon, you will transfer south to Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying beautiful views of the Rwenzori Mountains along the way.
Wake up early for a morning game drive across the Kasenyi Plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This area is rich with wildlife, including elephants, buffalo, Uganda kob, warthogs, and prides of lions. With some luck, you may even spot a leopard. After lunch, you will take a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway connecting Lakes Edward and George. This cruise provides close-up views of hippos, crocodiles, elephants on the banks, and hundreds of bird species.
On your final morning, you will enjoy another short game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, giving you a chance to catch animals you may have missed the previous day. Afterwards, you will begin your journey back to Entebbe or Kampala, with a stop for lunch en route. You will arrive in the evening, marking the end of your 4-day chimpanzee and savannah safari.
